Ok I'm going to use this to log my progression from couch potato to marathon runner. A marathon in ant miles, not human miles, that would be ridiculous. Laughable, even. So anyways, the biggest obstacle for me today was getting my head in the game, but I woke up mentally prepared for the challenge and I'm pretty excited to have a project that I can actually do. This is a two-fold project though, I can work on writing (if you call blogging writing) in addition to this running thing.
So far today, I've eaten some granola and had 3 sips of really gross coffee. Energy related, you know how it goes. I have also been working on taking deep breaths every once in awhile to stretch out my lungs. I'm not sure if this is a legit method, but I'm going with it.
Unfortunately, it is raining so any actual running will have to wait until tomorrow.
